Abstract

The objective of this is to analyze Colombian institutional transformations that guarantee the rights of Colombian refugees in Ecuador. The neo institutionalism approach to political science, as the reality of Colombian refugees in Ecuador affects transformations of Colombian institutions to become strategic partners in shaping policies and institutions of the Colombian State. Since this is a case study, vital and migratory paths refugees in Ecuador nationals, victims of forced displacement, versions of the institutions of the Colombian government and opinions, reflections and practical foundations, international NGOs and specialized institutions will be addressed from a qualitative research approach.
