Diagnóstico de las relaciones bilaterales entre Colombia y República Dominicana en torno al tema del narcotráfico desde 1998 hasta el 2010

Abstract

This investigation tries to give a diagnosis of the bilateral relations and the existing instruments between the Dominican Republica and Colombia, regarding drug trafficking, from 1998, when the United Nations defined "shared responsibility" as a guiding principle of international relations, until 2010, to determine the effectivity of those mechanisms and propose viable changes in order to make them more efficient in the war against drug trafficking.
