Percepción de la pertinencia de los programas académicos de Magíster en Administración en egresados titulados y empleadores en Bogotá

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the perception from graduated students and some employers related to the pertinence of the Master Administration programs offered by some institutions located in Bogotá. Furthermore, through this research it is possible to highlight the performance and strength of the capabilities and management skills needed to function with in a company maintained over time consistent with the social, labor, cultural and along with the environmental realities. Hence, in order to achieve this information it was necessary to do a deep research assessing the satisfaction of graduates and employers, allowing to know strengths and weaknesses of the programme. As a results, it was possible to yield, it was possible to yield recommendations to improve the program ensuring that the route could provides the “state of the art” in management for future students and for the benefit of companies.
