Abstract

The propose of this essay is analyze the way that the Victims and Lands Restitution Law of 2011 have contribute to the empowerment of women victims of the war in Colombia. Specially the mechanism of the collective reparation route, figure out a gender focus in the research. To get this goal, this document will analyze how have been the process of implementation of this legal tool, particularly in one of the women association of the country. This research aims identify how could we get a post-conflict law with a gender compromise.
