dc.description.abstractEl 18 de junio de 2008, se publicó en el Diario Oficial de la Federación el Decreto por el que se reforman y adicionan diversas disposiciones de la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos. Entre esos artículos se encuentran: el 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 73, 115 y 123, para dar pie a la instauración de la justicia oral en materia penal, en todo el país. Los resultados prácticos de esta reforma aún están por verse.
dc.description.abstractJune, 18th, 2008, the Decree was published in the Offi cial Diary of the Federation by which diverse dispositions of the Political Constitution of the Mexican United States were reform and added. Between those articles they are: the 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 73, 115 and 123, to begin the instauration of oral justice in penal area, in all the country. The practical results of this reform will be seen in a future.
