Resumen
Nowadays, there is a solid consensus about the rapid progress of artificial intelligence and its potential usage in the different functions of society. This paper presents an example about contribution in theoretical physics done by human and computer. In concrete, attention is paid on the derivation of reduced Virasoro’s algebra. The derivation demands well- established steps that require expertise and a deeply knowledge of advanced mathematics. Thus, this paper exposes a competition between computer using machine learning (manifested at the criteria of Tom Mitchell) and humans, about the generation of reduced Virasoro’s algebra. In essence, it is explored the case where computer can provide smart procedures to generate algebra. It is seen that computers might be limited to manifest originalities as humans commonly do.
