La Tesis de maestría aborda la temática de adolescentes que han transitado intervenciones de los Juzgados Nacionales de Menores de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires entre 2018 y 2020. Se trata de adolescentes que de manera preponderante son sujetos de desigualdades estructurales de clase, que para el segmento marginalizado de la clase trabajadora, implica una cadena de acumulación de desventajas. Nos interrogamos respecto de cómo influye el entramado de mecanismos de desigualdad social en la captación selectiva del sistema judicial penal. No se trata de todxs los adolescentes, por lo tanto, es necesario realizar distinciones al interior de esta categoría. La selectividad recae, en la mayoría de los casos, sobre aquellxs que han padecido vulneraciones a sus derechos sociales y/o precariedad en sus condiciones concretas de existencia. De esta manera nos resulta relevante reconocer la influencia de las condiciones socio-estructurales del origen de clase familiar y del anclaje territorial en sus trayectorias vitales. Al mismo tiempo, visibilizamos cuáles son los significados que le atribuyen a su tránsito por el circuito penal. Nos interesa poner de relieve su propia palabra en un proceso que lxs involucra, por el cual transitan y que tendrá efectos en su desarrollo como personas.The master thesis addresses the theme of adolescents who have interventions in the national court of Buenos Aires city from 2018 to 2020. These are adolescents who are predominantly subjects of structural class inequalities, and for the marginalized segment of the working class implies a chain of accumulation of disadvantages. We ask ourselves how the network of mechanisms of social inequality influences the selective recruitment of the criminal justice system. It is not all adolescents. Therefore, it is necessary to make distinctions within this category. Selectivity falls, in most cases, on those who have suffered violations of their social rights or precariousness in their concrete conditions of existence. In this way, it is relevant to know the influence of the socio-structural conditions of the origin of the family class and the territorial anchorage in their life path. At the same time, we make visible the reasons they attribute to their transit through the penal circuit.
