dc.descriptionThe focus of this investigation is constituted by the role of the ethical theories in the decision making processes of social workers. The results of a research in Chile are compared with the results of the investigation of R. Osmo, and R. Landau, carried out in the Paul Baerwald School Social of Work of The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in Israel. The arguments of 103 social workers in Chile are examined considering their options in terms of general ethical principles and particular ethical dilemmas.en-US
