| dc.description | The present paper places in the field of the investigation of the professions, specially Social Workand the ethical frames in the professional daily exercise. Social Work in the implementation of socialpolicies, takes as a purpose (ethos) the human well-being and the quality of life of the population,nevertheless the exercise of the profession takes place in a constant tension with the institutionalrequirements, the requirements of the professionals and of the users. The human action generatesproblems and ethical dilemmas. The consequences of this tension are the difficulties in the implementationand execution of fair social policies and of quality. From Weber´s perspective, the humanaction can obey an ethics of the responsibility or an ethics of the conviction. For Weber both ethicsare irreconcilable. On the other side, for Apel, from the ethics of the discourse - transcendentalpragmatics- the ethics of the responsibility and of the conviction can be reconcilable from the partB (applied ethics). The present paper seeks to interlace an ethics of the human action from his hermeneuticand pragmatic foundations, which incorporates an applied intercultural ethics, realizingnot only of the normative and axiological bases of the social workers; but also of the world of lifeof the own subjects that compose the professional action, as Adela Cortina indicates “ The world ofthe life, is still impenitent, defending his rights. And maybe is in this humus of practical truths wherehis nutritious soil will have a communicative reason integrally human” (Cortina 1985, p.232). | dc.description | El presente artículo se enmarca en el campo de la investigación de las profesiones, en especial del Trabajo Social y sus referentes éticos desde el ejercicio profesional cotidiano. El trabajo social, en la implementación de las políticas sociales, tiene por finalidad (ethos) el bienestar humano y la calidad de vida de la población. Sin embargo, el ejercicio del quehacer profesional se despliega en una constante tensión con los requerimientos institucionales, los requerimientos de los profesionales y de los usuarios. La acción humana así analizada genera problemas y dilemas éticos. Las consecuencias de esta tensión son las dificultades en la implementación y ejecución de políticas sociales justas y de calidad. A partir de Weber, la acción humana puede obedecer a una ética de la responsabilidad o una ética de la convicción. Para Weber ambas éticas son irreconciliables. A partir de Apel, desde la ética del discurso-pragmática trascendental-la ética de la responsabilidad y de la convicción pueden ser reconciliables a partir de la parte B (ética aplicada). El presente artículo, busca entrecruzar una ética de la acción humana desde sus fundamentos hermenéuticos y pragmáticos, que incorpore una ética aplicada intercultural, dando cuenta no solo de las bases normativas y axiológicas de los trabajadores sociales; sino también de los mundos de vida de los propios sujetos que componen la acción profesional, tal cual señala Adela Cortina “El mundo de la vida, sigue impenitente, defendiendo sus derechos. Y tal vez sea en este humus de verdades prácticas donde tendrá su suelo nutricio una razón comunicativa integralmente humana” (Cortina 1985, p.232).
