| dc.description | This article postulates that the consideration of social complexity and the growing social differentiation are the base for rethinking the social interventions. The paradox to which the systems are confronted in which if they raise their relative autonomy they also raise the interdependency among them, confront us with the challenge to generate strategies of coordination of the differences in order to regulate the consequences of an operative closing without recurring to hierarchical or authoritative structures as the ones that predominate in the current social politics. In this way, a transition from a hierarchical conception that tends to control to interventions that aim to coordinate the social system that interact within it is postulated. This transition is presented as an offer and not as a prescription, considering then the autonomy of the systems. This article ends presenting the characteristics of the above mentioned intervention from a functional-systemic focus and some claims about this proposal. | en-US |
| dc.description | El artículo plantea que la consideración de la complejidad social y la creciente diferenciación social se configuran como escenario para (re)pensar las intervenciones sociales. La paradoja a la que se enfrentan los sistemas en la que al aumentar su autonomía relativa a la vez también aumenta la interdependencia entre ellos, nos confronta el desafío de generar estrategias de coordinación de las diferencias para regular las consecuencias de la clausura operativa sin recurrir a estrategias jerárquicas o autoritativas, como las predominantes en la política social actual. Así se plantea el tránsito desde una concepción jerárquica tendiente al control hacia intervenciones que apunten a la coordinación de los sistemas sociales que en ella interactúan, presentándola como una oferta y no como prescripción, considerando la autonomía de los sistemas. Finaliza el artículo presentado las características de dicha intervención desde un enfoque funcionalista-sistémico y algunos alcances referentes a la propuesta. | es-ES |
