| dc.description | The judicial reform in our country meant a paradigmatic and radical change, as well as the modernization of the judicial body’s structure, the adaptation of the infrastructure and the inclusion of a new and more qualified human resource. The social work’s legal expertise has, under this new judicial system, a more frequent, massive and diverse inclusion, than it had before. Therefore, it is relevant to ask about the theoretical, methodological and explanatory coherence in which is based the social work assessment when acting as legal expert. The proposal presented here, based on applied research, is a methodologically and theoretical valid concept for civil, criminal and family matters, that guarantees well founded assessments when applying Bourdieu structural – constructive theory. | en-US |
| dc.description | La reforma judicial en nuestro país significó un cambio paradigmático radical, la modernización en la estructura del órgano judicial, la adecuación de la infraestructura y la inclusión de un nuevo y más calificado recurso humano. En este funcionamiento del sistema judicial contemporáneo el peritaje tiene un uso cada vez más frecuente, masivo y diverso. En este contexto cabe preguntarse cuál es la necesaria e imprescindible coherencia teórica, lógica, metodológica y expositiva que requiere un peritaje social desde la perspectiva del Trabajo Social. La propuesta es, a partir de la investigación básica-aplicada, elaborar un constructo teórico y metodológicamente válido en materia civil, penal y de familia, cuestión que vendría mediada por una garantía epistemológica de cientificidad, que produzca pericias fundamentadas desde la corriente de pensamiento estructural – constructivista de Pierre Bourdieu. | es-ES |
