dc.description.abstract | El objetivo general de la presente investigación fue describir los estilos de manejo de
conflictos en docentes de una institución educativa privada del distrito de Santiago de
Surco. Para tal efecto, el estudio es de tipo básico de nivel descriptivo, de tipo cuantitativo
y diseño no experimental. La población estuvo conformada por 80 docentes de los tres
niveles, inicial, primaria y secundaria; no se realizó muestreo. Se aplicó el Cuestionario
sobre Estilo de Manejo de Conflictos (TKI) de Thomas y Kilmann (1974), adaptado al
contexto peruano por Ampuero (2017). Los resultados evidenciaron que la mayor parte
de los docentes se encuentra en un nivel alto para la resolución de conflictos, de igual
manera, los estilos más empleados por los docentes son el complaciente, competidor y el
colaborador, los estilos menos predominantes son el estilo evasivo y, por último, el estilo
comprometido. | |
dc.description.abstract | The general objective of this investigation was to describe the styles of conflict
management in teachers of a private educational institution in the district of Santiago de
Surco. For this purpose, the study is of a basic type of descriptive level, of a quantitative
type and non-experimental design. The population was made up of 80 teachers from the
three levels, initial, primary and secondary; no sampling was carried out. The
Questionnaire on Conflict Management Style (TKI) by Thomas and Kilmann (1974) was
applied, adapted to the Peruvian context by Ampuero (2017). The results showed that
most teachers are at a high level for conflict resolution, in the same way, the styles most
used by teachers are the complacent, the competitor and the collaborator, the least
predominant styles are the evasive style and, finally, the committed style. | |
