Patologías sistémicas y su relación con lesiones en la lengua en pacientes adultos que acuden al Hospital Regional Daniel Alcides Carrión García, Pasco 2023

Resumen
El objetivo del estudio fue identificar la relación entre las patologías sistémicas y las lesiones en la lengua en pacientes adultos que acuden al Hospital Regional Daniel Alcides Carrión García, Pasco 2023; fue un estudio de tipo descriptivo, utilizando el método científico, con un diseño no experimental de corte transversal. Para el estudio se tomó una muestra no probabilística intencional, se contó con 86 adultos. Posteriormente se procedió a la recolección de datos mediante la ficha de registro de datos. Por ser una investigación descriptiva se trabajó con un nivel de confianza del 95%; presenta las siguientes conclusiones: El tipo de lesión de la lengua más frecuente es la lengua saburral con 37.21% (32), y el 20.93% (18) más afectado es el género masculino. La localización más frecuente de las lesiones de la lengua es el dorso con 46.51% (40), y el 31.40% (27) corresponde a la lengua saburral. La patología sistémica más frecuente es la hipertensión arterial con 34.88% (30) y el 18.60% (16) corresponde al género masculino. Las lesiones de la lengua se relacionan significativamente con las patologías sistémicas (p=0.001<0.05), tiene una relación directa de grado muy bajo Sp=0.123. Tesis
