Resumen
Determina si la infección por virus SARS-CoV2 es un
factor de riesgo para complicaciones posoperatorias en pacientes con trauma
abdominal abierto por proyectil de arma de fuego en el Hospital Nacional
Daniel Alcides Carrión durante el periodo de junio del 2020 hasta diciembre
del 2022. Se realizará un estudio observacional,
analítico, retrospectivo, de casos y controles. Se realizará la revisión de
expedientes de pacientes relacionados con traumatismos abdominales
abiertos en el Hospital Nacional Daniel Alcides Carrión durante el periodo de
junio del 2020 hasta diciembre del 2022. Una vez recolectados los datos se
procederá a realizar análisis estadístico bi y multivariado. En cuanto a los resultados
esperados, se espera que la enfermedad por COVID-19 sea un factor de
riesgo para aumento de estancia hospitalaria, aumento de ingresos a UCI,
infecciones posoperatorias y re intervenciones quirúrgicas. El estudio
podría contribuir en nuevas estrategias para el manejo y prevención de
complicaciones en personas con diagnóstico de traumatismo abdominal
abierto.
