Resumen
Pretende establecer la comparación de la eficacia analgésica entre bloqueo del plano del erector espinal y catéter de bloqueo peridural en pacientes que son neumonectomizados en el Hospital Nacional Hipólito Unanue. Lima, Peru en el año 2024. La población son pacientes que ingresan a Centro Quirurgico del Hospital Nacional Hipólito Unanue y se operan de neumonectomia en el Hospital Nacional Hipolito Unanue durante los meses de Enero a Setiembre del 2024. Se tiene por hipótesis que el uso del bloqueo del plano del erector espinal presenta mayor eficacia análgesica en el manejo del dolor posoperatorio respecto al del catéter epidural en pacientes neumonectomizados en el Hospital Nacional Hipólito Unanue. Lima, Perú 2024. El uso de bloqueo ecoguiado del erector espinal representa una modalidad sumamente útil de analgesia por su excelente aporte mitigando el dolor posoperatorio en una sola simple dosis de administración, de sencillo aprendizaje y con efecto duradero.
