dc.description.abstractThis article discusses the relationship between poetry and psychoanalysis, specifically in some aspects of Nicanor Parra's antipoetry. The author considers the semblance of the antipoet and some of its effects on the Other social reader of his work. Similarly, the text explores some effects of Parra's antipoetry from psychoanalysis and key concepts from Freud and Lacan. The emphasis is on the effect on the reader and its consequences for the desire, the interpretation and the function of the rest/remains.
