Resumen
Teaching Chinese laws in Latin America is something new, while in the West there were no reference materials available about teaching Chinese laws for western people to understand the fundamentals of the legal system and how it works. Nowadays there is a power shift from the West to the East 'but the main stream of Western thought follows relativism. If the East and West do not change and find real common ground to understand each other, they will lead the world into a deeper crisis. Because there are similarities between the "real natural law", originated from School of Salamanca in the Middle Ages, and the Confucianism, the "real nature law" can be the common ground for understanding between West and East. The real nature law is different from nowadays what is overwhelmingly called "natural law". Grotius and Pufendorf detached real natural law from objective foundations, attached natural law only to human "reason" which can change with time and culture, and thus lead nature law to relativism. The real nature law is the fundamental approach to teaching Chinese laws in main law schools of Latin America.
