dc.descriptionThe article discusses the struggle against femicidal violence and its importance for contemporary analyses of the concept of norm and gender. To this end, it first examines the genesis and use of the idea of femicide and the resistance it generates today. Secondly, it takes up the main hypotheses of Georges Canguilhem's ideas of norm and normativity. This reading aims to shed light on the importance of situating the struggles against femicidal violence not only on a conceptual level but also to recognize in these struggles the construction of a social space where emotions and ethical-political actions that underpin the demand for justice in the face of these crimes are put into play. The main conclusion of this research is that the cultural importance that conveys the idea of femicide is linked, on the one hand, to the unveiling of the discursive and normative field of patriarchy, but, on the other hand, it also includes the experiential dimensions and the sphere of judgments that represent the individual and collective positioning in the face of these crimes.en-US
dc.descriptionEl artículo discute la lucha contra la violencia femicida y su importancia para los análisis contemporáneos sobre los conceptos de norma y género. Con este fin, en primer lugar, examina la génesis y utilización de la idea de femicidio y las resistencias que esta genera en la actualidad. En un segundo momento, retoma las principales hipótesis acerca de las ideas de norma y normatividad de Georges Canguilhem. Esta lectura pretende brindar luces sobre la importancia de situar las luchas contra la violencia femicida en un plano no solo conceptual, sino que también reconozca en estas la construcción de un espacio social en donde se ponen en juego emociones y acciones ético-políticas que apuntalan la demanda de justicia frente a estos delitos. Como principal conclusión de esta investigación se sostiene que la importancia cultural que vehiculiza la idea de femicidio está ligada, por una parte, al develamiento del campo discursivo y normativo del patriarcado, pero, por otra parte, también incluye las dimensiones experienciales y el ámbito de los juicios que representan el posicionamiento individual y colectivo frente a estos crímenes.es-ES
