El propósito del artículo es exponer los resultados de la investigación cuyo objetivo estuvo centrado en elaborar un Sistema de Medios de Enseñanza que propicie el desarrollo de la expresión oral en idioma inglés en los estudiantes de los grupos de Directivos de Procesos Claves de la Hotelería en la Centro de Capacitación de Hotelería y Turismo de Ciego de Ávila. Se emplearon diversos métodos y técnicas, que posibilitaron el  diagnóstico de la problemática inicial en la formación de los trabajadores del sector del turismo en la provincia, específicamente los directivos de procesos claves de la hotelería, demostrando la existencia de deficiencias a la hora de su formación integral curricular. A pesar de que en todas las asignaturas técnicas cuentan con soporte bibliográfico para el aprendizaje, no es así a la hora de enfrentarse al estudio el idioma inglés como lengua extranjera de indispensable conocimiento para su labor, influyendo este aspecto de manera negativa en sus habilidades de expresión en este idioma una vez que se gradúan. Se elaboró el sistema de medios de enseñanza que se presenta, siendo corroborada la efectividad mediante el criterio de expertos. Además, se validó en la práctica con los estudiantes de las dos ediciones de este tipo de curso.The purpose of the article is to expose the results of the investigation which objective was centered in elaborating a System of Teaching Aids that propitiates the development of the oral expression in English language in the students of the groups of Directive of Key Processes of the Hotel management in the Training Center of Hotel and Tourism of Ciego de Ávila. Diverse methods were used and techniques that facilitated the diagnosis of the initial problem in the formation of the workers of the sector of the tourism in the county, specifically the directive of key processes of hotel management, demonstrating the existence of deficiencies in their curricular integral formation. Although in all the technical subjects they have bibliographical support for learning, it is not this way when facing the study the English language as foreign language of indispensable knowledge for their work, influencing this aspect in a negative way in their speaking abilities in this language once they graduate. The system of teaching aids elaborated is presented; its effectiveness was corroborated by means of the expert’s criteria. It was also validated in the practice with the students of the two editions of this course type.
