RESUMEN: En el proceso de práctica profesional en Trabajo Social, desde el Observatorio Estudiantil en el eje del desempeño académico y el eje de Bienestar en la Facultad de Odontología de la universidad de Antioquia, se apoyaron diferentes estrategias del proyecto “Bienestar con sentido”, además se apoyaron, planearon y ejecutaron otras actividades emergentes para los diferentes estamentos que la conforman, éstas de alguna forma, ayudaron al relacionamiento entre ellos, así mismo, aportaron en el mejoramiento del clima laboral y estudiantil para una sana y mejor convivencia. La teoría que fundamentó y sirvió como referente en la gestión, fue el Construccionismo Social, el mismo orientó la comprensión de las dinámicas y contextos en los que la comunidad universitaria de la Facultad interactúan, desde una mirada holística individual, grupal, comunitaria y sobre todo con el reconocimiento de Facultad como un espacio con el otro/a y con la comunidad académica desde las particularidades de cada persona, sus contextos, proyectos de vida, personalidades, saberes y conocimientos. Es de importancia seguir fortaleciendo los mecanismos de participación en las diferentes actividades brindadas y ofertadas desde el área de Bienestar, debido a que en el diagnóstico realizado en el marco de la práctica, sobre las causas de la baja participación en las actividades ofertadas por Bienestar, se identificó que el principal motivo por el que no participan, es el poco tiempo con el que cuentan los diferentes estamentos que hacen parte de la comunidad académica, resultado que motivó la propuesta de intervención diseñada en el proceso de práctica.ABSTRACT: In the process of professional practice at Social Work since the observatorio of students in the shaft of academic occupation and the shaft of welfare in the faculty of Dentistry of the University of Antioquia, different strategies of the project welfare with sensei were supported, besides other emergent activities for the different sections that conform it. It is important to continue fortifying the ways of participation in the different activities given and offered since the area of welfare because in the diagnosis realised in the marc of the practice about the low participation in the activities offered by welfare it was identified That the principal cause why They do not practice is the few tome That the different sections of the academic have, results That motivates the proposition of participation designed in the practical process.
