dc.descriptionRESUMEN: Cuerpos que hablan de tango relata la historia y los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje del tango bailado en Medellín en las décadas de 1990 y 2000, destacando características y cambios significativos en la transmisión de esta práctica cultural. Se ofrecen narraciones testimoniales de distinguidos cultores del baile del tango de esta ciudad, quienes identifican los procesos artísticos y pedagógicos que se vivieron en aquellos años, dando cuenta de algunos personajes que aportaron un legado importante para la historia de la danza en nuestra villa, a través de su proyección de vida y enseñanzas. Finalmente, se ofrece un apartado tipo relato donde los investigadores cuentan su propia experiencia como bailarines y profesores protagonistas de algunos sucesos que marcaron el inicio del tango bailado en Medellín, los cuales hoy, representan un modelo de gestión y formación para el sector, a partir de su experiencia, conocimiento y trascendencia profesional.
dc.descriptionABSTRACT: Bodies that speak about tango tell the history and the teaching-learning processes of tango dancing in Medellín in the 90s and 2000s, highlighting characteristics and significant changes in the transmission of this cultural practice. Testimonial narrations of distinguished tango dancers in the city of Medellín are offered, which identify the artistic and pedagogical processes that were experienced in those years, bringing up some characters that contributed an important legacy for the history of the dance in the city, with their life projection and teachings. Finally, there is a section where the researchers offer their own experience as dancers and teachers, protagonists of some events that encourage the creation of the first roots for tango dancing in Medellín, which today represent a model of management and training for the sector, based on their experience, knowledge and professional transcendence.
