El objetivo del presente informe es exponer de manera clara las experiencias y aprendizaje adquiridos para la obtención de la Licenciaturaen Finanzas durante el período de la práctica profesional en Nestlé Hondureña S.A.; específicamente en el área de contabilidad de la unidad de Finanzas y Control.Nestlées una de las empresas número uno a nivel mundial, siendo una multinacional con sede principal en Suiza, esta empresa se centra en la elaboración de alimentos, condimentos, fórmulas infantiles, y bebidas con un enfoque nutricional que busca regirse por un concepto de bienestar y salud. El centro de operaciones de Nestlé en Centroamérica se localiza en Panamá, este fue la primera sede que se apertura en toda Centroamérica. Hoy en díaNestléestáubicado en diferentes partes del mundo entre ellas NestléHondureña,con su sede en la ciudad de San Pedro Sula, Cortés, Honduras, previamente en la carretera al Polvorínen el complejo de macro bodegas DIUNSA, contiguo a fundación Mhotivoy actualmente en el recién inaugurado centro de distribución en la 33 calle contiguo al parque industrial las torres. Nestlé Hondureña tiene por objetivo ser una institución que brinde a los jóvenesuniversitarios la oportunidad dedesempeñar un cargo de relevancia en una empresa grandeal igual que fortalecer, orientar y entrenar a los mismos para que estos desarrollen su potencial en unambiente laboral favorecedor que les ofrezca las herramientas necesarias para aprovechar e incrementar sus destrezas.The objective of this report is to present in a clear way the experiences and learning acquired to obtain the Bachelor's Degree in Finance during the period of professional practice in Nestlé Hondureña S.A.; specifically in the accounting area of the Finance and Control unit.Nestlé is one of the number one companies worldwide, being a multinational with headquarters in Switzerland, this company focuses on the production of food, condiments, infant formulas, and beverages with a nutritional approach that seeks to be governed by a concept of wellness and health. Nestlé's operations center in Central America is located in Panama, which was the first headquarters to be opened in Central America. Today Nestlé is located in different parts of the world, including Nestlé Honduras, with its headquarters in the city of San Pedro Sula, Cortés, Honduras, previously on the Polvorín highway in the DIUNSA macro warehouse complex, next to the Mhotiv Foundation, and currently in the recently inaugurated distribution center on 33rd Street, next to the Las Torres industrial park. Nestlé Hondureña aims to be an institution that provides young university students with the opportunity to hold a relevant position in a large company, as well as to strengthen, guide and train them so that they can develop their potential in a favorable work environment that offers them the necessary tools to take advantage of and increase their skills.
