El presente trabajo se conceptualiza en presentar una propuesta para el desarrollo de un anteproyecto de una escuela privada orientada a las Artes, enseñando y potencializando las diferentes actividades de carácter cultural para los jóvenes en la ciudad de Tegucigalpa, M.D.C, Francisco Morazán. Debido a la falta de lugares que se especializan en enseñar las diferentes actividades se realizó la siguiente investigación, con el fin de desarrollar una propuesta para mejorar los servicios educativos. En dicha investigación se definió; determinar las necesidades de desarrollo educativo más importantes por cubrir a los jóvenes que quieran estudiar las artes e identificar los servicios educativos, determinar el espacio y diseño apropiado para la escuela, así como las áreas y los diferentes servicios que ofrecerá. La Escuela de Artes “CREER” contara con instalaciones de primera calidad, ambientes adecuados para la realización de actividades especiales, espacios abiertos, talleres de aprendizaje, talleres prácticos, aulas y salas de presentaciones o auditorio. Así también contará con las áreas diseñadas para las condiciones físicas de los jóvenes.The present work was conceptualized to present a proposal for the development of draft Arts oriented to private school, teaching and activating the different cultural activities for young students in the city of Tegucigalpa, M.D.C, Francisco Morazán. Due to the lack of places that specialize in teaching the different activities the following investigation was conducted, to develop a proposal to improve educational services.In this research was defined; to determine the needs of major educational development to cover a young person who wants to study the arts and identify the different educational services, determine the appropriate design space for the school, as well as areas and the various services that will be offered.During the investigation, was determined that the project of creating an arts-oriented private school, is highly profitable.
