La intención de evaluar el actual proceso de Registro de Demandas en el Juzgado de Letras Civil de Francisco Morazán fue para tener una perspectiva de cuáles son las ventajas y desventajas del mismo, en virtud de que, con la transición del nuevo Código Procesal Civil, no se sabe a ciencia cierta cuál ha sido su impacto en cuanto a procedimiento y aplicación; y de esta manera establecer qué seguridad brinda y el funcionamiento en aplicación del mismo. El enfoque utilizado fue cualitativo, aplicando las técnicas de entrevista, observación participante y análisis de contenido; Con estas, resultó que: el proceso es bueno, ya que se puede cumplir con el menor tiempo posible para dictar la resolución y notificarla eficientemente, pero se debe llevar de la mano el cumplimiento del Manual de Procedimiento y el compromiso por parte del funcionario o empleado judicial para su aplicación.The purspose of evaluating the current process of the lawsuit registry in the Civil Court of Francisco Morazan is tho have a perspective of which are the pros and the cons of the process, in virtue of the transition of the new Civl process code, there is no way to know what impact it has caused in the terms of procedure and application; and by this means establish what is the segurity that it gives us and the function in the application of itself. We used a qualitative focus, applying the interview techniques, participative observation and the content analysis; with this, the result was that the process is good, because it can be accomplished in the shortest time posible to díctate a resolution and notify it efficiently, but it must be taken hand to hand with the compliance of the Procedure Manual and the compromiso of the public functionary for its application.
