El presente informe fue realizado por Sergio Roberto Claros López, previo a la investidura del título en Relaciones Internacionales con orientación a Diplomacia, el cual se describen las funciones realizadas como Analista de Política Multilateral de la Dirección de Política Multilateral de la Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores y Cooperación Internacional, con presencia en Tegucigalpa, ciudad capital del Estado de Honduras, lugar donde se obtuvo la oportunidad de realizar la práctica profesional. Dicha práctica tiene como finalidad lograr aplicar los conocimientos adquiridos de la carrera mencionada a una realidad institucional o de Secretaría de Estado, mediante los conocimientos adquiridos durante la carrera de Relaciones Internacionales. La Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores y Cooperación Internacional es la Secretaría de Estado responsable de proponer, orientar, coordinar, supervisar, formular y ejecutar la Política Exterior de Honduras y administrar el Servicio Diplomático y Consular de la República (La Gaceta, 2013) y a nivel de institución rige otras subsecretarías y unidades que respaldan al Estado de Honduras ante organizaciones internacionales importantes para los intereses nacionales y la comunicación con las respectivas Secretarías de Estado así como de su participación de la agenda internacional en distintos tópicos de interés global. La Dirección de Política Multilateral es parte de la estructura que encabezada la Política Exterior del país, por lo que primeramente se recibió una breve inducción por parte del Encargado de la Dirección de Política Multilateral y por el Encargado de la Dirección General de Política Exterior que a su vez es el Director de Integración Regional, posteriormente se recibieron instrucciones con la lista de las actividades a desempeñar, contando con temas relativos a la Política Multilateral del país.This report was carried out by Sergio Roberto Claros López, prior to the investiture of the degree in International Relations with a Diplomacy orientation, which describes the functions performed as Multilateral Policy Analyst of the Multilateral Policy Directorate of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, with a presence in Tegucigalpa, the capital city of the State of Honduras, where the opportunity to carry out the professional practice was obtained.
