Durante la práctica realizada en el proyecto de remodelación de Pizza Hut-32como parte involucradaen el departamento de Proyectos de la empresa Grupo Comidas S.A. DE C.V. se realizaron actividades de apoyo a los ingenieros supervisores de la remodelacióny al ingeniero encargado del control y seguimiento. Se tuvo mucha participaciónen la toma de decisionesdurante las distintas etapas del proyecto desde la obra gris hasta la etapa final de acabados. Asimismo, se apoyó en la medición de obras civiles menores, como bordillos, estampados,jardinería, pintura y estructuras metálicas;y todasestas mediciones fueron utilizadas para la elaboración de los cierres para el pago a contratistas, para que fueran cobradas dentro del tiempo necesario para que el trabajo no tuviera atrasos por falta de pago a losmismos. El trabajo más fuertefue cuando el proyectoestaba en su fase final, que todos los contratistas cumplieran con el programa de trabajo ya que la fecha de entrega no es negociable. También como seguimiento a los avances en la obra se hacían dos reportes por semana y se les enviaba a todos los involucrados del departamento de proyectos.||During the internship in the remodeling project of Pizza Hut-32 as part of the Projects Department of the company Grupo Comidas S.A. DE C.V., support activities were performed for the supervising engineers of the remodeling and the engineer in charge of the control and follow-up. We had a great participation in the decision making process during the different stages of the project, from the gray work to the final finishing stage. We also assisted in the measurement of minor civil works, such as curbs, stampings, landscaping, painting and metallic structures; and all these measurements were used to prepare the closings for payment to contractors, so that they could be charged within the necessary time so that the work would not have delays due to lack of payment to the contractors. The hardest work was when the project was in its final phase, to ensure that all contractors complied with the work program, since the delivery date was non-negotiable. Also, as a follow up to the progress of the work, two reports were made twice a week and sent to all those involved in the project department.
