La idea central de la investigación es determinar la pre-factibilidad de la creación de una empresa especializada en los servicios de auditoría financiera y consultoría, ubicada en la ciudad de Tegucigalpa, Francisco Morazán. Con el objetivo de medir la rentabilidad y así contar con una guía de organización e implementación operativa de dicho proyecto. Se desarrolló una investigación de mercado para conocer las tendencias en la adquisición de servicios de auditoría y consultoría financiera que se dan en el país, se realizaron diagramas de procesos que son necesarios para el buen funcionamiento del negocio. En esta investigación se aplicaron indicadores financieros como el VAN y la TIR que proveen información necesaria para la toma de decisiones de inversión en este proyecto, siendo el resultado de la TIR un 21.34% y el VAN L. 196,567.17.The main idea of the investigation is to determine the feasibility of the creation of a company specialized in the financial audit and consulting services, located in the city of Tegucigalpa, Francisco Morazán. With the objective of measuring the profitability and thus have a guide of organization and operational implementation of this project. A market research was developed to understand trends in the acquisition of audit and financial consulting services that are given in the country, process diagrams were made that are necessary for the good operation of the business. In this research, financial indicators such as the NPV and the IRR were applied, which provide information necessary for investment decision making in this project. The result of the IRR is 21.34% and the NPV 196,567.17.
