La siguiente investigación se llevó a cabo en el Área de Seteo la cual se empezará a nombrar de aquí en adelante como “Área de Ajuste” en la empresa HBI planta Confecciones Del Valle ubicada en el parque industrial de Buena Vista. Teniendo como objetivo general Identificar oportunidades de mejora en el ajuste y reparación de máquinas malas en el área de Ajuste (Seteo) en la planta de HBI Confecciones del Valle a través de las herramientas de Lean Manufacturing.The following investigation was carried out in the Adjustment Area, which will be referred to from now on as the "Adjustment Area" at the HBI Confecciones Del Valle plant located in the Buena Vista industrial park. Having as general objective Identify opportunities for improvement in the adjustment and repair of bad machines in the Adjustment area (Setting) in the HBI Confecciones del Valle plant through Lean Manufacturing tools.
