El propósito de este documento, es presentar un estudio de investigación, teniendo como objetivo principal, la elaboración de un manual de procedimientos, para potenciar y mejorar la oferta de atenciones en los Servicios de Salud Amigables para Adolescentes a nivel nacional. Estos son espacios en los cuales se han aperturado para contribuir al desarrollo integral adolescente. El proceso de la metodología de investigación utilizada, fue el de emplear un enfoque mixto (cualitativo y cuantitativo), a través de las entrevistas a expertos, grupos focales y encuestas. Una vez los datos recopilados, se realizaron las tabulaciones, teniendo como los principales hallazgos; que los servicios, no tienen una guía de procedimientos, si no que se trabaja con la norma de atenciones de la SESAL, que tiene contradicciones con otros documentos, la atención del personal posee limitantes, pero se considera muy buena, sin embargo los horarios no son adecuados, se brinda material informativo y métodos anticonceptivos en caso de que haya disponibilidad. Como conclusión, es necesario seguir trabajando en programas de atención y educación integral para las y los adolescentes. Se recomienda trabajar aún más en la coordinación institucional, así como definir partidas presupuestarias para el funcionamiento de los SSAA, para lograr una atención con calidad y calidez. Palabras clave: Adolescentes, Amigables, Embarazos, Prevención y Servicios.The purpose of this document is to present a research study, having as the main objective, the elaboration of a manual of procedures, to enhance and improve the services of healthcare in Teenagers Health Services in the country. These are new programs that have been designed and created to contribute to the integral development in teenagers. The process of the methodology used in this research was to apply a mixed approach (qualitative and quantitative), through interviews with experts, focus groups and surveys. Once the data was collected, tabulations were made, having as main findings; That the services do not include a guide of procedures, instead currently working with a standard norms of care of the SESAL, which has contradictions with other documents, the personal attention of the staff has its limitations, but is considered very good, however the schedules are inadequate, informative material is provided and contraceptive materials are provided when there is availability. As a conclusion, it is necessary to continue working on attention and education care programs for teenagers. It is recommended to emphasis more work in the institutional coordination, therefore design and define a budget for the function of the SSAA, to achieve a service with quality and warmth.
