ste documento presenta la propuesta de un estudio de prefactibilidad basándonos en la necesidad de infraestructura educativa que existe en la realidad de nuestro país, el objetivo es determinar la viabilidad de implementar un centro educativo tecnológico cerca del anillo periférico en la entrada a la residencial Honduras de Tegucigalpa, en el cual se brindarán servicios educativos destinados a fortalecer el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje, mediante la realización de diferentes estudios se pretende determinar la viabilidad del proyecto, así también se utilizó en el ámbito metodologico un enfoque mixto, no experimental y transaccional descriptivo, el análisis de los resultados se realizó mediante la recolección de datos por medio de entrevistas y muestreo poblacional meta, los hallazgos más relevantes fueron: determinar el lugar de preferencia de la ubicación del centro educativo tecnológico, la disponibilidad de aceptación en matricular a sus hijos en el nuevo centro educativo por parte de los potenciales clientes, según los resultados obtenidos en los análisis de estudio y muestreo se concluye que el proyecto es viable para poder empezar a realizar las operaciones pertinentes.This document presents the proposal of a prefeasibility study based on the need for educational infrastructure that exists in the reality of our country, the objective is to determine the feasibility of implementing a technological educational center near the peripheral ring at the entrance to the residential Honduras of Tegucigalpa, in which educational services will be provided to strengthen the teaching and learning process, through the performance of different studies, it is intended to determine the viability of the project, so a mixed, non-experimental and transactional descriptive approach was also used in the methodological field , the analysis of the results was carried out by means of data collection through interviews and target population sampling, the most relevant findings were: determining the place of preference of the location of the technological educational center, the availability of acceptance to enroll their children in the new ce An educational program by potential clients, according to the results obtained in the study and sampling analysis, it is concluded that the project is feasible to start carrying out the relevant operations.
