Durante la practica realizada en el proyecto de ampliación y remodelación del edificio corporativo de Nissan, Grupo Q, se realizaron diversas actividades como ser: diseño de baños para clientes y empleados, supervisión de acabados en cielos, paredes e instalación de cerámica y construcción general del edificio, todo esto como apoyo al Ing. Henríquez, Ingeniero residente por parte de la constructora Omar Abufele. Una de las actividades realizadas fue la supervisión de los acabados, principalmente de los pisos de cerámica, que se usara la misma separación y se cumplieran con las especificaciones que indica el pegamento cuyo proveedor era Lazarus&Lazarus, otra de las actividades de supervisión fue el estar pendiente de los concretos in situ, que se respetara la dosificación necesaria para la fundición y junto con ello tomar los rendimientos por actividad. Simultáneamente llevar la supervisión de los detalles de tabla yeso desde el cielo, paredes y fascias de yeso. En cuanto a las actividades de diseño una de las realizadas fue la remodelación del baño del área de talleres de grupo Q, hacer un diseño más cómodo y elaborar el PCO (Propuesta Cantidad de Obra). Diseño de áreas como ser propuesta para el baño de talleres de grupo Q, plano y presupuesto, también otras de las actividades de diseño que se realizaron durante la practica fue la remodelación del coffe cup para acomodar los muebles existentes.During the practice carried out in the expansion and remodeling project of the building company of Nissan, Grupo Q, various activities were carried out such as: bathroom design for clients and employees, supervision of finishes in ceilings, walls and installation of ceramics and general construction of the building, all this in support of Eng. Regarding the design activities, one of those carried out was the remodeling of the bathroom of the group Q workshop area, make a more comfortable design and prepare the PCO (Proposal Quantity of Work). Design of areas such as being proposed for the Q group workshop bathroom, flat and budget, also other design activities that were carried out during the practice was the remodeling of the coffee cup to accommodate the existing furniture.
