El presente resumen contiene información relacionada sobre el estudio de pre factibilidad e impacto social al habilitar un albergue para niños en riesgo social, cuyo propósito consiste en mejorar la calidad de vida de estos niños ofreciéndoles un lugar que presente condiciones seguras y habitables. El inmueble seleccionado para que albergue 40 niños es el edificio que en su tiempo funcionó como cine Clámer ubicado sobre la Avenida Cervantes. Para realizar un diagnóstico del efecto social se utilizó el método Delphi, mientras que para conocer los datos estadísticos resultantes de la investigación se utilizó el método de Marco Lógico. Estos datos nos ayudaron a conocer resultados sobre el efecto social que provocara el habilitar el albergue y la posibilidad de que el edificio es adecuado a nuestras necesidades; para finalmente responder a una necesidad social que estos niños presentan y así proponer o recomendar a entidades gubernamentales la ejecución de este tipo de proyectos.This summary contains information related to the pre-feasibility study and social impact of a shelter for children at social risk, whose purpose is to improve the quality of life of these children by offering them a place that presents safe and habitable conditions. The building selected to accommodate 40 children is the building that once operated as Clámer cinema located on Cervantes Avenue. To perform a social effect diagnosis, the Delphi method was used, while the Logical Framework method was used to know about the statistical data resulting from the research. This data helped us to know the results about the social effect of enabling the shelter and the possibility that the building is adequate to our needs, to finally respond to a social need that these children present and thus propose or recommend to governmental entities the execution of this type of projects.
