The state of Tocantins has vast natural environments of immense environmental and social relevance, for example: the largest river island in the world, called Bananal Island; the transition place between Cerrado and Amazon, known as Cantão; and not least, the Jalapão region, which is formed by 10 municipalities. This work aimed to ascertain the users' level of satisfaction with the Fervedouro Bela Vista tourist attraction, located in the municipality of São Felix-TO, a city that is part of the Jalapão region. The methodology adopted was based on a qualitative evaluation, from interviews conducted with tourists who visited the Fervedouro Bela Vista between the months of January and March 2020. It was possible to notice through this study that tourists are satisfied with the organization of Fervedouro Bela Vista.O estado do Tocantins dispõe de vastos ambientes naturais de imensa relevância ambiental e social, como por exemplo: a maior ilha fluvial do mundo, chamada de Ilha do Bananal; o local de transição entre Cerrado e Amazônia, conhecido como o Cantão; e não menos importante, a região do Jalapão, no qual é formado por 10 municípios. Este trabalho teve como objetivo apurar o nível de satisfação dos usuários quanto ao atrativo turístico Fervedouro Bela Vista, localizado no municio de São Félix-TO, cidade que faz parte da região do Jalapão. A metodologia adotada fundamentou-se numa avaliação qualitativa, a partir de pesquisas realizadas aos turistas que visitaram o Fervedouro Bela Vista entre os meses de janeiro e março de 2020.
