This article has as its theme, the importance of logistics for the growth of e-commerce, and its premise is to research the influence of logistics within e-commerce and the relationship between them. It also presents the aspects that integrate planning, storage and transport. This is a bibliographical and documentary research, with the general objective of analyzing the logistics processes that contribute to the development of electronic commerce, as well as specific objectives that are: to identify the role of logistics in e-commerce and to describe the efficiency of logistics delivery in the e-commerce environment. The results were efficient to reach the objectives and the problem question proposed in the research. By analyzing the data, one can see the importance of logistics in e-commerce and its process flow for the distribution of goods and services to the consumer society. Making the transport logistics ensure that the company fulfills what was promised to the customer, especially regarding the delivery of the product.Este artigo tem como tema, a importância da logística para o crescimento do e-commerce, e teve como premissa pesquisar a influência da logística dentro do comércio eletrônico e a relação entre ambos. E apresenta ainda os aspectos que integram o planejamento, armazenagem e transporte. Trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, tendo como objetivo geral analisar os processos logísticos que contribuem para o desenvolvimento do comercio eletrônico, bem como, objetivos específicos que são: identificar o papel da logística no e- commerce e descrever a eficiência da logística de entrega no ambiente do e-commerce. Os resultados foram eficientes para alcançar os objetivos e a questão problema propostos na pesquisa. Ao analisar os dados, pode se perceber a importância da logística no e-commerce e seu fluxo de processos para a distribuição bens e serviços a sociedade de consumo. Fazendo com que a logística de transporte assegure que a empresa cumpre com o que foi prometido ao cliente, sobretudo relativo à entrega do produto.
