La Corte Constitucional de Colombia hace un estudio profundo de los principios constitucionales de la libertad, igualdad y la dignidad humana, que para el tema que trato, están ligados y reconocidos en la sentencia T-629 del 2010 dentro de la libertad reproductiva de las mujeres, en concreto las trabajadoras sexuales. Por medio de esta sentencia se analiza la doble discriminación que sufre la trabajadora sexual dependiente y la posición dominante de los empleadores frente a estas trabajadoras. El objetivo aquí, entonces, es explorar si en el suroriente de la ciudad de Barranquilla existen restricciones para la libertad reproductiva en establecimientos de lenocinio, como vulneración de derechos derivados del principio de libertad, en concreto la libertad reproductiva como valor fundamental. Para tal fin, en este trabajo de campo, optó por la estructuración y aplicación de instrumentos, que nos permitirá establecer qué acciones, costumbres y normas morales o jurídicas restringen esta libertad de procrear so pena de la pérdida del empleo en el sur oriente de Barranquilla.The Constitutional Court of Colombia made a thorough study of the constitutional principles of freedom, equality and human dignity, that the subject treatment are linked , and recognized in the judgment T -629 of 2010 within the reproductive freedom women , particularly sex workers. By this judgment, the double discrimination faced by sex workers dependent, and the dominant position of employers is analyzed against these workers. The goal here, then, is to explore whether there are restrictions on reproductive freedom in the southeast of the city of Barranquilla in local brothels, as a violation of rights under the principle of freedom , namely reproductive freedom as a fundamental value . To this end, in this work field , chose the structuring and implementation of tools that will allow us to determine what actions, customs and moral or legal rules restrict this freedom to procreate on pain of loss of employment in the south east of Barranquilla .
