Coexistence is a concept that refers to sharing spaces, time and experiences with other people, that is, living together with others begins within the home and gradually spreads to other work groups. This research describes the relationship of coexistence between the teacher and the students of the colegio bolivariano sede el esfuerzo, the behaviors that arise due to the lack of implementing strategies that allow them to achieve a friendly relationship. During the school day, there are conflicts, physical aggression, verbal aggression that sometimes lead to disrespect or violence. This allows us to propose research from the point of interpersonal relationships, to know and describe where bad relationships are born, and how strategies can be improved and implemented that strengthen citizen education based on values and human rights and contribute to social transformation from the daily dynamics in the school environment. With the development of the project, the type of relationships between teachers and students was established, and since these influence the school coexistence positively and negatively, the causes that generate conflict between teachers and students and that deteriorate and limit relationships were detected and described. Reflecting these in the school performance of children and in the alteration of behaviors and behaviors and strategies of improvement strengthened in creative dynamics, ludic and with the use of technologies, to stimulate their interest, participation and healthy coexistencLa convivencia es un concepto que hace referencia a compartir espacios, tiempo y experiencias con otras personas, es decir, convivir junto a otros empieza en el seno del hogar y se extiende paulatinamente a otros grupos trabajo. Con esta investigación, se describe la relación de convivencia entre el docente y los estudiantes del colegio bolivariano sede el esfuerzo, los comportamientos que se presentan por falta de implementar estrategias que les permita alcanzar relación amigable. En la jornada escolar, se viven conflictos, agresión física, verbal que en ocasiones llegan al irrespeto o a la violencia. Lo anterior permite plantear la investigación desde el punto de relaciones interpersonales, para conocer y describir de dónde nacen las malas relaciones , y como se pueden mejorar e implementar estrategias que fortalezcan la formación ciudadana fundamentada en valores y derechos humanos y contribuir a la transformación social desde las dinámicas cotidianas en el entorno escolar. Con el desarrollo del proyecto, se establecieron el tipo de relaciones entre docentes y estudiantes, y como estas influyen en la convivencia escolar positiva y negativamente, se detectaron y describieron las causas que generan conflicto entre docentes y estudiantes y que deterioran y limitan las relaciones, reflejándose estas en el rendimiento escolar de los niños y en la alteración de conductas y comportamientos y se plantearon estrategias de mejoramiento fortalecidas en dinámicas creativas, lúdicas y con la utilización de las tecnologías, para estimular su interés, la participación y la sana convivencia.
