This article sets out a description of entrepreneurs at Fondo Emprender Sincelejo, whose profiles are outlined with the following characteristics: men, young, undergraduates, innovative, always looking for new opportunities, motivated with employment generation, earning less than three minimum salaries per month, and not working exclusively at the created enterprise.
