The present work of course completion aims to encourage the use of consensual methods of conflict resolution in an extrajudicial way. Initially it was presented definition of conflict, as well as its types and forms of solution and characteristics. Afterwards, jurisdiction was examined and the question of access to justice was analyzed, institutes that are essential to understand the subject. Subsequently, three alternative methods of conflict resolution were brought in: conciliation, mediation and arbitration, as well as their concepts, history and current legislative precepts, entering into the issue of the New Code of Civil Procedure and National Council of Justice, in the last chapter comes the importance of a cultural change in our society, as well as the inefficiency of the Judiciary and the criticism to the New Code of Civil Procedure from the point of view that the same, does not encourage the culture of disjudicialization of conflicts.O presente trabalho de conclusão de curso tem por objetivo incentivar o uso dos métodos consensuais de solução de conflitos de forma extrajudicial. Inicialmente foi apresentada definição de conflito, bem como seus tipos e formas de solução e características. Após, foi conceituada jurisdição e analisada a questão do acesso à justiça, institutos que são de domínio essenciais para entendimento do tema. Em seguida, foram trazidos três métodos alternativos de solução de conflitos, sendo eles: conciliação, mediação e arbitragem, bem como seus conceitos, histórico e preceitos legislativos atuais, entrando na questão do Novo Código de Processo Civil e Conselho Nacional de Justiça, no ultimo capitulo vem a importância de uma mudança cultural em nossa sociedade, bem como a ineficiência do Poder Judiciário e a crítica ao Novo Código de Processo Civil sob a ótica de que o mesmo, não incentiva a cultura de desjudicialização dos conflitos.
