Com o avanço tecnológico na construção civil outras modalidades de construção foram ganhando espaço no mercado nacional, uma que apresenta bastante destaque é o Sistema Light Steel Framing. Por meio de pesquisas e leituras em materiais de cunho científico, concluiu-se que apesar de estar em constante crescimento, esse processo construtivo ainda é bastante desconhecido no território brasileiro e seu custo ainda dificulta sua implantação em larga escala, mostrando que o método precisa ser melhor difundido, visto que, representa uma boa alternativa sustentável para suprir o problema de déficit habitacional existente no paísWith the technological advance, other construction modalities were presented in the national market, with great emphasis being the construction of the Light Steel Framing System. Through difficult research and readings in training materials, it was concluded that even today it is in constant growth, this constructive process is still quite unknown in Brazilian territory and its cost is still its large-scale implementation, the method needs to be better spread, since it represents a good sustainable alternative to supply the problem of housing deficit in the country.
