Falar de patrimônio cultural é relevante lembrar que desempenham um papel fundamental na construção da memória coletiva, protagonizando a história e fomentando identidades comunitárias e de apreços socioculturais. Apesar dessa direta ligação, esses espaços, chamados de “Espaço de memória”, foram os primeiros a serem afetados com o passar do tempo e as novas evoluções, de tal forma gerando degradação, uso impróprio e, consequentemente, o abandono. Todos esses fatores foram replicados no município de Pedralva no bairro Pedrão, que conta com uma estação ferroviária, concluída no ano de 1891 sendo responsável por impulsionar o desenvolvimento da região, aumentando a interligação e encurtando as distâncias e a busca do progresso para a comunidade até em 1979 quando foi paralisada e em 1989 definitivamente abandonada. A proposta projetual resulta no agrupamento de diversos estudos que consta como objetivo desenvolver a discussões coletivas junto aos moradores do bairro, a fim de fomentar a uma intervenção urbana e a reabilitação do espaço público e que abarque soluções de proteção à memória coletiva, desenvolvimento físico, econômico e social, com a intervenção mínima ao patrimônio, além da grande importância a contribuir para preservação do patrimônio que teve seu tombamento no ano de 2014 e se encontra em ruínas, como é possível ver no trabalho.Speaking of cultural heritage, it is important to remember that they play a fundamental role in the construction of collective memory, playing a leading role in history and fostering community identities and sociocultural appreciation. All these factors were replicated in the municipality of Pedralva in the Pedrão district, which has a railway station, completed in 1891, being responsible for boosting the region’s development, increasing interconnection and shortening distances and the pursuit of progress for the community until in 1979 when it was paralyzed and in 1989 definitively abandoned. The project proposal results in the grouping of several studies that aim to develop collective discussions with the residents of the neighborhood, in order to encourage urban intervention and the rehabilitation of public space and that encompass solutions to protect collective memory, physical development, economic and social, with minimal intervention to heritage, in addition to the great importance of contributing to the preservation of heritage that was listed in 2014 and is in ruins, as you can see in the work..
