This work has the purpose of analyzing the administrative lawsuits occurred in the Law School of the Federal Universty of Juiz de Fora under the viewpoint of the administrative law and its principles, and also under the focus of the constitutional guarantee of the reasonable duration of lawsuits. The lawsuits will also be analyzed, having as basis the literature of Zenon Bankowski on the conflict of legality and legalism that can happen in the educational spectrum. For that, the reference used will be books, laws, jurisprudence and interview with the students involved. The work has as its objective to show the incongruities in the lawsuits which badly harm the students, as well as to demonstrate the violation of the reasonable duration of the lawsuit principle, thus drawing a critique on the action of the professors, for not offering effective measures to speed up the lawsuit and, sometimes, not care about the interests of the pupils.O presente trabalho tem o intuito de analisar processos administrativos ocorridos na Faculdade de Direito da UFJF sob a ótica do direito administrativo e seus princípios, e também sob o enfoque da garantia constitucional da razoável duração dos processos. Os processos também serão analisados tendo como base a literatura de Zenon Bankowski acerca do conflito entre legalidade e legalismo que pode ocorrer no âmbito educacional. Para tanto, serão utilizados como referência, livros, leis, jurisprudência e entrevista com os alunos envolvidos. O trabalho tem como finalidade demonstrar as incongruências nos processos que tanto prejudicam os alunos, bem como demonstrar a violação ao princípio da razoável duração do processo, traçando, assim, uma crítica à atuação dos professores, por não oferecerem medidas efetivas para conferir maior celeridade ao processo e por vezes desconsiderar os interesses dos discentes.
