Vive-se numa época em que se faz necessário rediscutir o lugar da identidade da mulher, uma vez que as novas conjecturas de atuação feminina têm exigido um comportamento e atuação diferenciados. O presente artigo pretende compreender como se processa a construção do espaço do não-pensar como um lugar de alienação feminina, e o que a mulher pode fazer para resistir a este contexto. Desta forma, pretende-se a partir da personagem Macabéa, de A hora da estrela, de Clarice Lispector, refletir sobre o não-pensar como forma de proteção e resistência e até que ponto essa condição cria o lugar da alienação representada em seu texto, contribuindo para reforçar a tragédia humana. A pesquisa aponta que uma das formas de resistência, encontra-se no riso, no humor e na capacidade de ironizar, tanto a sociedade como a própria condição de si mesma.We live through a time where it is necessary to rediscuss the place of women’s identity, since the new conjectures of female role have claimed a differentiated behavior. This article aims to understand how the construction of the space of the non-thinking is processed as a place of female alienation, and what women can do to resist this context. Therefore, looking at Macabéa’s character, from A hora da estrela, by Clarice Lispector, it is intended to think over the non-thinking as a way of protection and resistance, and to what extent this condition creates the place of alienation represented on her book, contributing to reinforce the human tragedy. This research indicates that one of the ways of resistance lies on the laughter, the humor, and the capacity of being ironic with both society and yourself.
