dc.descriptionThis article proposes to discuss the importance of Conceição Evaristo’s decolonial literature for the formation, information and transformation of readers in the city of Iaçu, Bahia. Thus, reading the book of short stories Olhos d’água(2016) was essential for the practice of desconstructing the literary (Derrida, 2014) in municipal schools of basic education. The black Woman is made invisible by a Society that dictates standards of beauty and behavior, howerver, Conceição Evaristo, through the stories, denounces the faces of racial violence, with the right to life being a tireless and continuous struggle (Mbembe, 2016). The objective is to desseminate the transgressive practices of non-canonical readings to explore the possibilities of readings beyond the canon. Training of  readers, investment in literature with black protagonism and breaking of prejudices are some of the results obtained from pedagogical meetings.en-US
dc.descriptionEste artigo propõe discutir a importância da literatura decolonial de Conceição Evaristo para formação, informação e transformação de leitores e leitoras na cidade de Iaçu, Bahia. Desse modo, a leitura do livro de contos Olhos d’água (2016) foi essencial para a prática da desconstrução do literário (Derrida, 2014) nas escolas municipais da Educação Básica. A mulher negra é invisibilizada por uma sociedade que dita padrões de beleza e comportamentos, porém, Conceição Evaristo, através dos contos, denuncia as faces das violências raciais, sendo o direito à vida uma luta incansável e contínua (Mbembe, 2016). O objetivo é divulgar as práticas transgressoras de leituras não canônicas para explorar as possibilidades de leituras para além do cânone. Formação de leitores e leitoras, investimento na literatura com protagonismo negro e quebra de preconceitos são alguns resultados obtidos dos encontros pedagógicos.pt-BR
