| dc.description | The present work deals with the Afro-feminine writing of Fátima Trinchão, showing how in the poems of this poet African ancestry and the idea of mother Africa intertwine. The objective is to analyze how the poet Fátima Trinchão cultivates ancestral ties with the ancestors of Africa and investigate the extent to which his poetics subverts the negative image of the African continent. In this sense, seeking to visualize the literary production of this Bahian poet, whose trajectory begins in the 20th century, based on authors such as Duarte (2009), Dalcastagnè (2007), Santiago (2010) A. Hampaté Bâ (2010), we carried out a study bibliographic character that made it possible to perceive the creative power of Afro-feminine literature. Keywords: Afro-feminine literature. | dc.description | O presente trabalho aborda a escrita afro-feminina de Fátima Trinchão, mostrando como nos poemas desta poeta ancestralidade africana e a ideia de África-mãe se entrecruzam. Objetiva-se, com isso, analisar de que maneira a poeta Fátima Trinchão cultua os laços ancestrais com os antepassados d’África e investigar em que medida a sua poética subverte a imagem negativa sobre o continente africano. Nesse sentido, buscando visibilizar a produção literária desta poeta baiana, cuja trajetória se inicia no século XX, com base em autores como Duarte (2009), Dalcastagnè (2007), Santiago (2010) A.
