| dc.description | Este artigo discute a partir de um viés interseccional a problemática inscrita na contradição entre o projeto modernista de universidade brasileira que se depara com suas raízes coloniais e portanto, reproduzem um quadro colonial/moderno em que os estudantes negros ainda que aparentemente incluídos pelo sistema de seleção, via ações afirmativas, ainda não se reconhecem efetivamente com sujeitos dentro da universidade e por isso manifestam uma incidência de adoecimento físico e mental, engrossam o quadro de evasão escolar e diante de um quadro multifatorial eventualmente chegam a cometer suicídio. O texto segue uma narrativa baseada em informações do PNAES, INEP da ANDIFES, bem como entrevistas servidores e com estudantes sobre suas expectativas frente a permanência estudantil. | dc.description | This article discusses, from an intersectional perspective, the problem inscribed in the contradiction between the modernist project of a Brazilian university that faces its colonial roots and therefore reproduces a colonial / modern framework in which black students, although apparently included in the selection system, via affirmative actions, they still do not recognize themselves effectively with subjects within the university and, for this reason, they manifest an incidence of physical and mental illness, they increase the number of school dropouts and, in the face of a multifactorial situation, they eventually commit suicide. The text follows a narrative based on information from PNAES, INEP, ANDIFES, as well as interviews with employees and students about their expectations regarding student permanence.
