| dc.description | This work discusses, from the point of view of librarians/professionals of the information, an analysis of software Biblivre (a free software for management of information units) in order to identify, in the Aracaju city, the institutions that provide remote access to yours catalog, the advantages and disadvantages of the software, evaluating their tools and features to better attend the institution as well as the reasons why these information units has chosen the software Biblivre to manage your collection. The interviews were realized with librarians, the data were collected as defined in the selection of subjects, with a qualitative approach. The sample selected consisted of three information units, Public Library Municipal Clodomir Silva, Dom Avelar Brandão Vilela Library of the Colégio Salvador and Mario Cabral Library. Finally, it was concluded that the Biblivre software works satisfactorily in the computerization basic needs of information units surveyed. Important to highlight the lack of training by the institution and system developers and suggests that there is specialized training, greater propagation and recommends the creation of Sergipe network of libraries that use the software Biblivre. | |
| dc.description | Este trabalho aborda uma análise do programa Biblivre sob o ponto de vista dos bibliotecários/profissionais da informação, um software livre para gerenciamento de unidades de informação, visando identificar no município de Aracaju, as instituições que o utilizam e oferecem o acesso remoto de seu catálogo, vantagens e desvantagens do software, avaliando suas ferramentas e funcionalidades para melhor atenderem a instituição e os motivos pelos quais essas unidades de informação optaram por utilizar o software Biblivre para o gerenciamento do seu acervo. Tem por objetivo analisar o uso do software Biblivre na informatização de unidades de informação na cidade de Aracaju. Foram realizadas entrevistas com bibliotecários, pelas quais foram coletados dados, conforme definido na seleção dos sujeitos, com abordagem qualitativa. A amostra escolhida foi constituída por três unidades de informação, a saber, Biblioteca Pública Municipal Clodomir Silva, Biblioteca Dom Avelar Brandão Vilela do Colégio Salvador e Biblioteca Mário Cabral. Concluiu-se que o software Biblivre atende satisfatoriamente as necessidades básicas de informatização das unidades de informação pesquisadas. Destaca-se a falta de treinamento por parte da instituição e dos desenvolvedores do sistema e sugere-se que haja treinamento especializado, maior divulgação e recomenda-se a criação da rede sergipana de bibliotecas que utilizam o Biblivre. | |
