| dc.description | It is well known that the female public is present in the most diverse prison systems, however in practice negligence towards them is so great that the treatment offered is absurdly precarious and the attention given is secondary. Taking the matter into consideration, this research aims to explore the aforementioned issue by raising the debate about the situation of imprisoned women, in which a possible solution for the violation of the most diverse fundamental rights can be presented. Thus, puttin together of the historical-evolutionary survey and relevant concepts for the theme becomes essential, in addition to all the legal subjects involved. In this way, due consideration is given to stablish critical analisys. The present study will be based on the bibliographical basis, in which we have codes, doctrines and jurisprudence that emphasize the thesis, as well as in media information. By the end, the final considerations will be presented on all the above. What is expected is that this monograph is not taken as an end of a subject that is difficult to exhaust, but as an instigation for the discussion and light for so many women prisoners who are currently in subhuman conditions. | |

| dc.description | É sabido da existência do público feminino presente nos mais diversos sistemas presidiários, mas, na prática, a negligência para com tais mulheres é tamanha que muitas das vezes o tratamento ofertado é absurdamente precário e a atenção dada ocorre de forma secundária. Uma vez evidente sua problemática, este trabalho objetiva explorar a referida temática trazendo à tona o debate acerca da situação das mulheres encarceradas, afim de que seja apresentada uma possível solução para a violação dos mais diversos direitos fundamentais. Destarte, a reunião do apanhado histórico-evolutivo e de conceituações relevantes para o tema são essenciais, além de toda a carga jurídica imiscuída, para que se faça presente a devida análise crítica. O presente estudo se alicerçará na base bibliográfica, quais sejam códigos, doutrinas e jurisprudências que salientam a tese, bem como em informações midiáticas. Por fim serão apresentadas as considerações finais sobre todo o exposto. O esperado é que esta monografia não seja tomada como ponto final para o tema que é de difícil esgotamento, mas como instigação para a discussão e luz para tantas mulheres presas que encontram-se, atualmente, em condições subumanas. | |
