dc.descriptionSwine farm is an activity that is subject to environmental licensing. The licensing processes have been modified and it is necessary to carry out an evaluation of the impacts of the activity. The objective of this study was to analyze the Environmental Licensing of a rural property, whose main activity is swine farming, in the municipality of Patrocínio-MG, before the Normative Deliberation (ND) of the Minas Gerais State Environmental Policy Council (COPAM) nº 213/2017 and discuss the which is being proposed by the new ND COPAM No. 217/2017, which revoked ND COPAM 74/2004. The experimental activity was composed by bibliographical and documentary research, and case study. The realization of environmental licensing in the municipality of Patrocínio, favored several criteria without compromising the identification of environmental impacts. Through the documentary analysis it can be observed that the multidisciplinary character must be maintained and allows a correct evaluation of the required documents. It is concluded that the current model of environmental licensing, proposed by ND COPAM 217/2017, for the pig farms evaluated, allows the maintenance of the environmental impact criteria regulated by the former ND COPAM 74/2004. The municipalization of the environmental licensing process improved the access of the entrepreneur, simplified the process and equiped the Municipal Secretariat of Environment of Patrocínio-MG without causing any damage to the quality of the service. The suggested conditions for the self-monitoring of activities are responsive to the monitoring of the possible impacts generated, since good management practices and soil and effluent analyzes capable of being correlated were suggested, provided that the calcium, magnesium and sodium concentration in the effluent analysis.

dc.descriptionA suinocultura é uma atividade que é passível de licenciamento ambiental. Os processos de licenciamento vêm sendo alterados e torna-se necessário realizar uma avaliação dos impactos da atividade. Objetivou-se analisar o Licenciamento Ambiental de uma propriedade rural cuja principal atividade é a suinocultura, no município de Patrocínio/MG, perante a Deliberação Normativa (DN) do Conselho Estadual de Política Ambiental (COPAM) nº 213/2017, e discutir o que está sendo proposto pela nova DN COPAM nº 217/2017, que revogou a DN COPAM 74/2004. A atividade experimental foi composta pela pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, além de estudo de caso. A realização do licenciamento ambiental no município de Patrocínio favoreceu diversos critérios sem comprometer a identificação de impactos ambientais. Por meio da análise documental, pode-se observar que o caráter multidisciplinar permite uma correta avaliação dos documentos exigidos e deve ser mantido. Conclui-se que o modelo atual de licenciamento ambiental, proposto pela DN COPAM 217/2017, para a suinocultura analisada, permite a manutenção dos critérios de avaliação de impactos ambientais, regulamentados pela antiga DN COPAM 74/2004. A municipalização do processo de licenciamento ambiental melhorou o acesso do empreendedor, agilizou o trâmite e instrumentalizou a Secretaria Municipal de Meio Ambiente de Patrocínio/MG sem causar danos à qualidade do serviço. Os condicionantes sugeridos para o automonitoramento das atividades são responsivos para o monitoramento dos possíveis impactos gerados, uma vez que foram sugeridas boas práticas de manejo e análises de solo e efluente capazes de serem correlacionadas, desde que acrescentadas às concentrações de cálcio, magnésio e sódio nas análises de efluente.
