| dc.description | This work was developed in the Pedagogy course at the Federal University of Uberlândia - UFU and aims to present my personal and academic trajectory and discuss the importance of Children's Literature for babies and very young children in Early Childhood Education. The methodology used was qualitative in nature and the instrument used for data construction was a bibliographic research. Since the school is the privileged place to access literary reading, the research sought to list the importance of carrying out the work with reading in a way that favors the children's interaction not only with the narrative, but also with the book, which is capable of to stimulate the imagination and interest in reading, in addition to helping in the integral formation of this child. In general terms, the work shows that the teacher has a primary role in establishing access to reading and books in Early Childhood Education, in a primarily playful way, as a construction in the formation of the literary reader. | |

| dc.description | Este trabalho foi desenvolvido no curso de Pedagogia da Universidade Federal de Uberlândia – UFU e objetiva apresentar minha trajetória pessoal e acadêmica e dialogar sobre a importância da Literatura Infantil para bebês e crianças pequenas na Educação Infantil. A metodologia utilizada foi de natureza qualitativa e o instrumento utilizado para construção dos dados foi a pesquisa bibliográfica. Visto que a escola é o local privilegiado de acesso à leitura literária, a pesquisa buscou elencar a importância da realização do trabalho com a leitura de modo que favoreça a interação das crianças não só com a narrativa, mas também com o livro, que é capaz de estimular a imaginação e o interesse pela leitura, além de auxiliar na formação integral dessa criança. Em linhas gerais, o trabalho apresenta que o professor/a possui uma função primordial para que seja instituído o acesso à leitura e ao livro na Educação Infantil, de forma primordialmente lúdica, como construção na formação do leitor literário. | |
