| dc.description | This research brings in its essence the aspects of the clinic that deals with the subjective
transformations of the paternity lived in the transferencial experience. From the meeting with
a family of an autistic child, in which all the members presented a off way of functioning,
appears the interesting in understanding the fundamental elements of the child in the
constitution of the paternity functioning, through the transferencial dynamics of the parentchild
psychotherapeutical approach. Using the method of psychoanalysis interpretation, it was
analyzed the clinical case of this boy who was followed in the parent-child psychotherapeudical approach. From the transferencial dynamics it was possible to
deconstruct the disconnected way of functioning through which this family was moving; there
is the psych birth of the child, that garantees a position of the subject in the parental
relationship, which is expanded to the external environment. It s through the participation of
the subject, that he evocates different fathers e mothers in the parental couple: irritated, tired,
disappointed, narcissi, edipian parents. This clinical experience showed us that the precocious
intervention in the parent-child relationship is not only prevented but also allows mobilizing
certain family conflicts that bring obstacles to the exercise of the parental functions and the
development of the child. When relaunching the disruption with the routine established in the
essence of the family, it s possible to inaugurate a way of paternity with more mobility that
favors the infantile subjectivities. This new position allows the parents to accomplish the
demand operations, the subject s supposition, the alteration and the alterity, in a same
movement of the field dialectic of the parental desire and to a differential of the own child. | |

| dc.description | Esta pesquisa traz em seu cerne aspectos da clínica que dizem respeito às transformações
subjetivas da parentalidade vivenciadas na experiência transferencial. A partir do encontro
com uma criança autista e sua família , em que todos os membros apresentavam um modo de
funcionamento desligado , surgiu o interesse por compreender os elementos fundamentais da
criança na constituição da parentalidade, a partir da dinâmica transferencial no Atendimento
Conjunto Pais-Crianças. Utilizando-se do método de Interpretação Psicanalítica, foi analisado
o caso clínico de um menino acompanhado no modelo Acompanhamento Psicoterapêutico Conjunto pais-crianças. Nesta perspectiva foi possível desconstruir o modo de
funcionamento desconectado em que essa família se movimentava, a partir do nascimento
psíquico da criança, que lhe garantiu uma posição de sujeito na relação parental e se expandiu
ao meio externo. Em função de sua participação como sujeito este menino pôde evocar
diferentes perspectivas de pais e mães no casal parental: pais irritados, cansados,
decepcionados, narcísicos, edipianos. Essa experiência clínica mostrou que a intervenção
precoce na relação pais-criança, além de ser preventiva, permite mobilizar e elaborar conflitos
familiares que obstaculizam o exercício das funções parentais e o desenvolvimento da criança.
Ao relançar o rompimento com a rotina estabelecida no seio da família, é possível inaugurar
uma forma de parentalidade com mais mobilidade, a qual favorece a subjetivação infantil.
Essa nova posição permite aos pais cumprirem as operações de demanda, a suposição do
sujeito, a alternância de presença e ausência e a assunção da alteridade. | |
